Self-confidence is having confidence in oneself and in one's own abilities. Confidence is a psychological quality. For example in terms of 3 basic components: social confidence, physical presence, and peer independence.
We all have things that are unique and beautiful in each of us… and we all enjoy being around attractive people… so let them be known! Let your hair down!!
